Clemmie holds a degree in Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University, and from there she joined the Savills PLC graduate scheme, completing her qualification as a Chartered Surveyor in 2009.
Clemmie worked for nine years with Savills, concentrating on estate management of multiple property portfolios for institutional and private clients, and from 2011 Clemmie has specialised in the management of high value private residential properties and rural estates in the South of England.
Clemmie recognised the specialised needs of her clients and formed a small boutique company, offering an independent bespoke property/estate management and consultancy service. This covers everything required in the management of substantial country property and, with all the necessary skills and contacts to hand, her firm ensures that each client’s best interests are looked after in the wide-ranging complexities of owning property in the UK. Clemmie takes a responsive, personal and totally discrete approach to each client.
With her own home being in Gloucestershire, the company operates predominantly in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Herefordshire and Oxfordshire.
